We expect to start the fulfillment process between March 11th (Monday), 2024, and March 15th (Friday), 2024. It could take longer than expected depending on the pre-order volumes, but we will fulfill all your orders as soon as possible. Our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing for mail orders on a first-order, first-serve basis, including pick-up orders. Once the order has been placed and shipped out, we can t guarantee the delivery date depending on the carrier you choose for delivery. 

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

ATTENTION: Due to the heavy volume of pre-orders, which have been started since March 2nd, 2024, for pre-orders, here are some guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) We expect to receive the shipment and have it available between March 11th to 15th, 2024.

(2) We must inspect all the official merch once we receive our shipment.

(3) We will start fulfillment by the order number we received, meaning we will start from the pre-orders that have been submitted beginning from March 2nd, 2024.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the arrival date, near March 11th, 2024, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment, we expect to fulfill all orders within 1-2 weeks (counting only business days). We will try our best to complete all orders within 7-9 business days of processing time starting from the day of receiving all albums. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, they will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.
